Episode summary

Bill Gross frames this return visit around the four things he focuses on in probate real estate: networking, lead generation, education and social media content. George Compton retells how being an executor, after years running a heavy-construction nonprofit, led him to build Executorium, which he describes as an open-access platform with no paywall and no registration.

He walks through its pieces: the estate service providers directory, the government directory, articles, and what he calls the "athenium," a curated collection of outside resources. He mentions grief support and mediation as services he finds underserved for executors, and says a new version of the site was expected in the first quarter of 2024.

Compton explains that the site is funded by advertising, with county ads priced around $30 a month, and that he personally vets each new listing, usually within 24 hours. Bill encourages listeners to add themselves and their vendors, to learn from the content their customers are reading, and to share Executorium articles on social media with their own comments.

The call ends with Bill asking participants for feedback on keeping the Zoom format and on the program's day and time.

Key points

  • Use the directory as a reason to call vendors and add them, which also builds your own network.
  • Executorium articles can be shared, with your own comments, as social media content for executors.
  • The site is free and open to executors; it is supported by optional advertising.
  • Learning what executors face makes a probate professional more useful and more referable.

0:00 In real estate and priate real estate in particular you know I always try to focus on four things networking lead generation to get new leads education learning to be a better partner to my customers and partners and then sharing it on social media great social media contact content and today we have a returning friend of the program who has been on before when we first launched the program a couple years ago and we've watched to grow and I think it's a great free opportunity for anybody looking to build their business in Probate or trust Administration real estate because it offers so much value to everybody involved and there's no cost to it George Compton of executorium.com George thank you so much for coming back again today a bill it's a pleasure to be back on and I'm familiar with your audience and it's just very nice to have the opportunity to talk to you and everyone again so just some real quick housekeeping so George runs a is a founder of we'll talk about the background of a program executor domcom it's a website and it basically is a directory one of the features is a free directory for professionals that all of you on this program should be in as well as share with the people you're looking for referrals from to be in as well and then this program itself is probate weekly we do this every Thursday at 4M Pacific 700 P.m. Eastern then we live stream it and it's available on demand on YouTube Facebook and Linkedin going Contin the conversation you got our Facebook group probate weekly we have over 3,000 members and you can post your probate content there as well as ask questions and network around the country for real estate agents and attorneys and then just kind of as a side I do an email master class for real estate agents and the next one's in January it's $97 because the foundation of our business is staying in touch with our customers in the way that we do that the foundation that is email love to help you with that if you want to get in touch with me my link tree the best way to see everything I'm doing is link

2:03 T.bil gross again that's link. Bill gross and you'll see all the different programs that involved I mute myself I got muted somehow by accident okay there we are okay so George let's talk a bit about Executorium what was the I think I know the story I could probably tell it by now but what is the background that kaii just start Executorium right so many years ago at this point many years I was an executive and it's it was the experience of poof you're an executive and now what I was also a executive director of a 501 C3 and in that setting in that in that in that profession our job was to help disseminate and share information for the heavy construction industry so when I became an executive I looked for something similar some media some press a place where I could see the landscape because the landscape is confusing you're an executive and probably had never done that before at least that was my experience and I think the shared experience of many an executive so I didn't see anything out there and really just from a very pragmatic standpoint what did I need I needed service providers I needed a team I needed to know who I needed on the team what's an appraiser what's what you know what does an Auctioneer actually do so you can imagine what an executive is but when you've got the responsibilities of an executive those are two different things so service providers awareness of the government resources that are out there just some context from some articles some guest

4:09 Articles and also what I call an athenium which is a collection a Consortium of many different things that we see across the internet that can help an executive and we just want to make sure they're aware of you know like for example what is what is a certified probate expert you know is an is a new executive you won't have any idea what that is so you know let's flatten the learning curve let's take some pain out of it let's spend less time on it and let's take put some light into this black box that is estate Administration so this be this became the program that you really wanted had you had available back when you were an Executor to go forward for people who end up in that position and need these resources to be effective right and just a slight correction I don't call it a program because it's not it's not a it's it's more of a platform it is open access and by Design it's open access there's no pay wall there's no registration I just want executiv to be able to come in find service providers by County find the government Pages they want to see and just peruse through and learn and yes exactly it's what I wish had been there when I had the displeasure of being an executive let's talk about and I outlined four different areas I think you really help professionals or the opportunity provided for professionals participate the first is networking obviously everybody else who is on your executor directory would be a candidate for me to reach out to offer to help because we're playing in the same space correct well yeah absolutely it is it's County B the directories are County based so you know just for a service provider for a for a realer especially just having a glance at well who's this new cleanout company who's this estate company I don't know

6:13 Them I know these guys but I don't know these guys Auction Company accountants because if you're handling a probate sales and you're specializing in that the executive is going to have questions and the more service you can provide to them the more value you are to them and you know that just I'm not a realtor but that to me gets the ball rolling for adding value to your clients and that just leads to more clients I believe so obvious obviously you've built this out quite a bit since we started with you but there's still some holes or I should say there's still some opportunities for people to participate in not only themselves if you're listening as a real estate agent but your vendors what a nice way to help them with their business this time of year is to put them into the directory and so the networking opportunity that all of us in the call have is to reach out to our vendors with an email or a call them and say hey there's a program that you can promote yourself to other executiv in this situation and put yourself on the directory there's no cost to it there's an opportunity for advertising but there's no cost to be in the directory correct that's right a listing is free and say you pull up LA County you'll see the listing of real State professionals you see the list you and following which will be a listing of appraisers donation mediators accountants etc and there's no cost for that listing if you click it will go to a company page so like your company page shows your address phone number your social media Pages a description of your services whatever you want to say it'll also provide some links to the whatever you want sub Pages a white paper piece of press that you got so it's a good way of promoting yourself speaking of promoting yourself I'm I'm redoing the website because what I just spoke about had great SEO potential that in the first incarnation of executor we never

8:16 Took advantage of so we feel that having the people that are listing get found helps us and helps the whole purpose of this which is to you know Rising tide lifts all boats right so we're working on that and we expect a new version of Executorium in q1 2024 how exciting so in the meantime everybody here on the call should get yourself in the directory number one number two at this time of year you know we all look for reasons to talk to people and one would be if the person is in State salesperson cleanout company accountant anybody who Services the space hey by the way there's a director I can add you in for free and all it does if you look at my version all this does is one more website that links to me so it raises the SEO for free basically of course you have a time investment that you always should consider that but there one more place where I'm found where somebody was a research me they would see me that you want to participate in and you can offer that to your prospective clients and keep in mind all of your vendors should be also prospective clients meaning your accountant is going to buy or sell a house and you want to be the person helping them when they make that decision so I think one of the most important opportunities here is the networking not to mention you should go into your own County and see who's there and all those PE I did this actually Shameless admission of my work is I just went in and you put in the county and here's a but well actually that's the account I put in I can go through one by one here I think that's the appraiser I put in cleanouts I can't remember who I who I use I've used a bunch of these companies but you know all these are prospective companies that you could call and say hey I'm a real estate professional I noticed that you're on executor you're in state auction and love to see where we can work together and promote your business make a phone call with them do a social media piece with them all these become opportunities for you to connect but look here in LA county

10:18 Especially how many pages we have of vendors wow estate sales what else we got here going on a lot of state sales in LA county I had no idea the things you learn about your own neighborhood when you do some research so the first thing I want to say to everybody is what a great networking opportunity both for you to get into it and then for you to share with the people in your database the second is freead Generation because everybody in here really is a lead for you business-wise right if you're a real estate agent mortgage lender investor all these people talk the people that you want to talk to and you should be in conversation with them so let's talk a little bit about that George how do we help Advance the conversation for your guests visitor visitors U participants and execu the executiv that come there what can we do to make their make this tool more valuable for them well that's a great question that's not something I anticipated bill so I'm kind of thinking on the Fly I think awareness about the experience is well it's Paramount any one of your any one of the people listening has had an experience with a probate a client you know we'll probably realize you know but and every estate is different every executive is different but you know you're an executive you're wandering into this field and unless you're in probate law or experience with this realm you're a neophyte so you know as a as a as a probate realtor any piece of information any network any contact you have that you can share just makes me love you a little bit more so and if executor is about information if it's about nothing else the network is nice the you know just you know providing the information and awareness and context so that these people that are executiv

12:23 Whether they saw it coming or not just have some information and information is power knowledge is power you're not just sitting at some probate attorney's desk you know just getting you know spoonfed you know information and not asking questions or understanding you know what you're supposed to you know the 20 things that the Surrogate Court or Probate Court officials told you and you're still on still trying to get your head around number three and he's on where she's on number 15 so it's it's a hard piece of work yeah and so that that's what to me if I was going to give any piece of advice any way you can support that is a value is a value to the client grief support mediation I find extremely underserved in this in this environment if you're if you're in a troubled estate and you're careening towards litigation man there's an offramp and you can do it privately rather than waiting for the court to say this is what you need to do saves relationships saves lots of time so all these things that we can create awareness within the scope of probate State Administration the executive experience is the whole idea behind executor so any support your community gives us is I think returned in terms of exposure and executive reach and client reach and it's a symbiosis so just a recap again this is Executor domcom is the platform that George has founded and it's used to help executiv of Estates through that process and we professionals can help by fill the directory with ourselves fill the directory with our vendors and the content and be available this is probate weekly.com now we do this on a zoom call but we also live stream it's recorded if you're on the live stream right now I am watching those

14:25 Comments feel free if you can ask questions there if you're find the zoom call as well this is meant to be interactive the more questions you ask the more interesting it is to people watching the program so feel free to raise your hand or just jump in and ask questions and love to participate and then if you'll get the question asked during the call we watch on replay we have a Facebook group for after Call Probate weekly.com we have over 3,000 members there and love to continue the conversation there as well so let's go to the third area I identified as education which is we as professionals I believe let me back up so realter say to me well I took a certification course four years ago but I can't any probate business I said well yeah just because you have a certification doesn't really make you an expert it doesn't make you a master at this you got to work at all the time and learn and the process should be for all of us to educate ourselves and to educate our customers and our perspective customers George obviously you put a heavy emphasis on education on executor how does education relate to the executive's decision as who they work with well I think from an executive standpoint an Executor is executive facing you could almost say we have two demographics obviously we want good professionals populating the service providers directory but our main target is is being a resource for executives for Ser for service providers just the value that that an executive will let me stop it goes to the saying you know people you know may not always remember what you say but they'll remember how you made them feel so you know years down the line you know this was a this was I had a great feeling about my junk cleanout guy for my estate I don't know because he was just you know a cool guy and he didn't hassle me and he was you know you know got me information that I needed answered my questions directly and you know you know didn't give me a lot didn't give me any headaches so you

16:29 Know I would imagine a probate specialist real estate professional you know can just add value through understanding the scope of the experience from grief to you know the paper filing the documentation anything that they're familiar with will just make them seem more professional more valuable and more referable and in the context of the client the probate estate client and probate specialist real estate professional and I also find from my business that if I help train my clients what to expect it does two things one it gets them into the Motion makes the process easier for them makes it easier for me as well it also points me out as being the expert The Logical choice for them to choose or the default choice to choose because I'm the one who taught them what to do and how to do it William Mas is available in New York I'll just show you if you go in to the website and you search New York whatever County you want and here in Nasa County for example which is on the island appraisers cleanouts auction estate sales there's a couple pages of there so yeah definitely it's National and so your scope your goal is to make this a national program for executives correct George that's correct there are 5,142 County or County equivalents there no counties in Alaska and Louisiana calls them parishes so I have to say County equivalents some counties have you know under 100 people so those counties will not be fully fleshed out but you know LA County will be and tarant County will be and cook and New York and Nassau and right you know Bergen County New Jersey so yes no that's it's it's a national program it's a national platform and again I just reiterate

18:33 That it's it's open access it's it's there's no pay wall and by Design which is a double-edged sword you know I'm not tracking anybody I don't have anyone register which probably makes the skin crawl of any SEO or computer guy that's trying to figure out how I monetize this but you know I have to lead with my heart and my heart tells me that you know as soon as I start to see clicks or answer questions or register your name I turn around and go the other direction and the point is to help people provide them with information and take away a lot of the stress and the pain of this experience yeah and you know the revenue model is based on Advertising so I offer advertising by County by state and the county advertising is super inexpensive it's like $30 a month for an ad and you know again it's got to keep the lights on somehow so offering the you know a lot for nothing is is is the is is by Design and executives are first and that's the way we are we lead and provide a you know a view of the landscape well and then in those counties where there aren't many people there's your opportunity for you're real estate agent to be the whole County right because you know what you know in executive needs and if the all those choices are friends and vendors you've worked with and people you have good Equity relationships with you're going to do them a favor and they're going to do you it's going to work out for you and I think in business you know I'll tell you I was asked when I launched this podcast during Co about three years

20:36 Ago I was asked like once a week well how are you making money on this and I said I don't even know I just know that I'm networking I'm learning and I'm enjoying it I'm trying to help people if I do those things it'll all work out and I can tell you know three years later it all worked out it's working out and it work out way I didn't imagine and so the focus should always be on creating value and then try to figure out a business plan that comes off of that and so for those you who look at this say well there's nothing in my County well if your county has executiv why shouldn't every vendor there be your friend and put them in and what a nice way to help build a business for them as well as build it for you I saw in here a comment from good friend of the program Matthew price who is in addition I think to a realate agent an Auctioneer and he pointed out that a couple of these are closed so brings a question George if we if we happen to do some due diligence to find some of these companies are closed should we bring them to your attention is there a way to help no absolutely you know this is a this is a new Venture and you know W without a you know extensive just you know Administration which you know the structure can't support quite yet some of these companies have closed since I've had the chance to you know to check so if you can let me know you know of course we'll we'll take them out of the directory because they don't do us any good they don't do the executives any good right there you go Matthew so there's your homework is and best way to send you an email what's the best way to contact you with changes well it's G Compton executor domcom or in info executor doccom will eventually get to me and there's a contact form as well if you're interested in the directory there's a landing page for service providers and that is reach estate executives.com so that will take you right into the registration and the

22:40 Registration takes about five minutes and I get a notification and I you know vet it for any you know you know strangeness and you know barring seeing any of that nonsense I approve it and you're you're in and you're Evergreen and I consider the people that are with me early Founders you know eventually we may change it to a model where you know a full listing like there are now you know there's a slight fee and then a basic listing is free we always want to have the free opportunity but if you're a Founder you'll be you'll be in as a Evergreen full listing with no charge at any time that's just my commitment well and I think that thank you and I appreciate as a early as a early bir in this and if each of us on this call you know we get weekly 200 people or more who watch this if we all said Gee what do I do this time of year that's free to generate business but more importantly generate Goodwill for my customers how about call 20 30 of your vendors that would fit in that service executiv see if they' like to be added or you could just add them in you could really just with a permission you know get them added into the directory doesn't cost anything is it going to change the business no but wouldn't you like to get that phone call I'm thinking of you I want to help prom OTE your business it can't hurt and I think also all of you could do like I am a video pointing your customers to executor yes they're going to find competition from you yes they're going to find other vendors that you're not tied in with but if you're the one that opens the door and invites them in you're the one most likely they're going to dance with when the time comes to dance at the ball so that's your goal I think okay Bob asked a question it's a little out Georg scope I think if someone's named as executive what's the best way to extract themselves from that role Bob just tell you that first off I'm not an attorney George is an attorney we can't really give legal advice and that's a question that's not only for an attorney but can a very by state it's also going to vary based on if a trust what the trust document says and in some cases you just

24:44 Declined it's a simple process and others you have to think about well if I decline who am I nominating and you want make sure you do that strategically so Bob I would say the best case if you have an example that would be an attorney and then for all of us on this call if you have a question like that that is more generic you want to learn what a great reason to call an attorney invite them for coffee or just ask a question at a networking event they like to educate as well give them the chance to do that so I would urge you to take it take it that way you know my dad always used to say people like being asked for advice they may they may start to charge but it's a great way to just kick off a conversation and get the relationship a little farther down the line and asking questions is as practically everyone on this podcast would know is is is just a great conversation sustainer and starter now the next area I mentioned number four is great social media content I teach a class on real estate email Mastermind program because I believe every realtor should have a weekly email that creates value to their customers not just Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas but here's how I can help you in real estate and particularly if you want to get involved in probate real estate or trust real estate what better way than social media content based on those topics well and I know and I think I think Jenny you and I run a call recently on the same topic right well here's an easy answer for all of you I'm gonna I'm gonna give you guys and it really is as simple as this I'm GNA share the screen if you go to executor on the website he has articles right so if you go to the main page and then you click on articles find arle that you find interesting now you may not find them all interesting you may find them all interesting find one that you like here's I found this interesting I was reading about the hearing aids one myself read more and here's a whole article explains how hearing aids can be recycled people are elderly tend to have hearing aids people are early tend to die there are people who are elderly who need hearing aids you can recycle them

26:47 And here's a great way to do that in different organizations in different cities there might be different ones in your market area as well but if this is suitable for you in your market Facebook sh share look at that there's a share button and you can just write hey here's a great article I found on either if you need hearing aids or if somebody passes you have hearing aids you can take the gift of your loved ones hearing aids and help somebody else who can't afford it or whatever you want to write simple boom and you have a nice piece of social media so all of you could commit to doing one a week on that two a week on that TR to stop the share can you guys oh my gosh why is my computer acting up I'm I'm sure I'm logged out no hold on a second I'm hope you guys can hear me here we can hear you I can hear you okay what a great way to build your business one small concession at a time just by Shing good information about real estate and it's related to in this case executive related trust and probate related information here's a St clean out same thing I probably spend more time here than I'd like to but you know what here's some good information about trailers dumpsters doing yourself Insurance where the dumpster should be located what size you need again good information is this solve everybody's problem no is it GNA help some people be more effective I think the answer is yes right and so that's the goal here is just to be as effective as you can knowing that every time you help somebody a little bit you are moving the needle in your business boy I'm having a tough time here but something happened to my program and I am not able to get back to the main screen anyhow I can't stop the share without the risk of closing the zoom I'm not really sure what to do at this point see here F10 I can hear you yeah I don't know for some reason my the program to

28:53 Respond zooming is not responding so for some reason my Zoom is I can see you I'm not seeing your screen share I think you're Frozen now I was frozen am I can you guys see me now I can see you but you look Frozen wow and my internet's working okay well I think your screen share is frozen but your video of you is is still Al and everybody can see each other I think okay let me leave one more time leave meeting I'm G sign now you're better oh there we are okay wow that was weird you know it's the technology it's always something so I think what happened was I we still broadcasting okay I guess we're good sorry a little Dr little technology drama there guys sorry about that what's a podcast without a little technology drama isn't it something it's always something so anyhow there's a great way going to Executorium and reposting that number one now number two George I imagine if somebody had a done a post on their website or one to write one you'd be interested in more content and share that on your on your website wouldn't you well yeah I mean it's all subject to editing and vetting of course and yes I'm very interested in that and of course it's all executive facing so nothing commercial but something that's going to help an executive get down the road a little bit you'll you know you might notice that this logo we have is is is an e but it's also an arrow to move forward so that's the whole point and if you look at it again it's also a house on

30:56 Its side so that's my clever little branding trick yeah no I'd love to hear from anybody with any ideas I'm all ears about collaboration guesting guest posting we have a you know this is apologies for this in advance bill but you know we have a weekly podcast too estate talks and I got to get Bill on there because he's as knowledgeable as anyone on the topic so look for that you know the listings that you can take in the service providers directory like I said come with a company page and you also have an opportunity to list and post sub pages and articles you would have written that are out there somewhere and the new website will is going to take better advantage of those and put those in a more central place so you know this is this is growing this is you know this is we're two years in and I haven't even scratched the surface so but you've done a lot of work and I think we all can help pitch in and help out and mutually benefits that's my point of sharing the social media post is every realtor I talk to about building their business will say well I don't know what to do for social media I don't know what to write I don't know what to talk about you could literally take his post and repost it you also could read his posts and do and video it and there's your video content and just put a link to the post there just have great on dumpsters on executor and here's what I learned and just list off three things you learned Insurance where to locate the dumpster whatever and so he's done the heavy lifting and you can participate and support that as well so those are my again just a recap I think there's four opportunities here for all of us number one is to network find out who's on that list already that Services your area or could service your area that that you can work with second it's free lead generation there's people that are doing business talk to them about

32:59 Business but you want to bring your people in so it's a good excuse to call your vendors and add them to the directory and that will help you generate business more people you talk to more business you make three education he's got good material on there and I think that's really important he's marketing to our customers so either you're going to learn from his material or also you're going to learn what your customers need to learn and you'll be able to be better at that and fourth it's great social media content and you can share what you're learning along the way okay I see Tobias says I'm a new agent my brokerage on the list I love the concept and the reason Mr Compton building and offering his service so Tobias but most of us have a brokerage on the list but we're independent agents add yourself on if your brokerage I don't know if they have rules that prohibit it mine doesn't no yeah I'm in absolutely that's what I said at the beginning of that post is oh definitely in you know in terms of signing up soon as I get off this call okay good yeah let's get you in there and then I think also again it's nice to be in and then the next question is who do you know that would benefit by being in as well you know when you and when you Market to people like that you have to remember it's not the people that say yes but even the people that don't do anything I appreciate the phone call the email how about social media post hey everybody and Tobias where do you do business right here in San Jose in the Bay Area hey small business owners in San Jose who are Focus on servicing executiv in the states I have was great resource love to connect with you give me a call let me put you in I can get you I can get you a free directory listing there you go yeah absolutely that's go you can hook him up okay all right thank you pleasure yeah and I think that's the key is if you're focused on helping other people there's endless opportunities here for you guys to support okay I've done a lot of talking today if you're watching on the live stream we got a bunch of people on YouTube that's great and Facebook feel free to put a question in there or comment and I glad to participate on that and if you're on the YouTube as well raise your hand jump in Matthew says how long between registration to

35:05 Appr so George what Matthew's asking you is your huge Army which is your team of people the population of which is beyond our imagination how many people have working on this how long does it take for all of them to get through the approval process and get somebody who wants to get on the system into the directory well you know no more than 24 hours often immediately I get a notification as they come in and as I'm able to I vet them all personally you know I just I've had a few that are obviously not who they say they are so I do a little bit of vetting and you know some of them are quite crazy but you know it's pretty easy to get to you know see that the user matches to the to the to the listing and that the listing is verified with some Facebook verification and you know website check and you know every and once in a while a phone call as necessary so you know it you know I like to get them in as soon as possible I see every listing as an asset for an executive and that's what this is about is is building an asset for executive so not long is is the answer and I hope to have a few by the end of this to this podcast and with much thanks to Bill and all of you listening you know I invite you to all take five minutes and you know put in a submit a listing and I will approve them as soon as soon as I can get to all of them is the best way to register or is the best way to send you an email what's the best way to take the next step the best way is to register if I if you send me an email I'm going to send you a link to the registration you'll have to register as a user and that's another just a little another vetting process and then you get a link or you just go back in and log back in and it'll and as a first time revisit it'll go right to your build your listing page and you'll just

37:10 Start building your listing and you'll put in your address your phone number your Facebook page your LinkedIn page you'll have a opportunity to put in you know a description and hit submit and I'll get a Ting and there's a pending listing with a new company page and I'll look at it and I'll hit approve and it's published and that's that's it that after that point you can go back in you can add contacts with emails those links that I said where if you wanted to put in extra you know promotion Publications you've done sub pages white papers press you've gotten to boost yourself up a little bit I think that helps yeah it's it's just by Design super simple and so I'll put the link here in the chat for those of you on the zoom call and for watching on the live stream as well just executorium.com registration that will take you to the registration page and you literally get up and run get in the same day get your made out and more importantly offer that to your vendors as well and I say to everybody here this is the time of year where as a real estate agent if you're working now if you're not working you're not working right like I'm I'm I am taking off I took last week Thanksgiving week I was going to take off Christmas week but our trip got delayed from last week to the week before Christmas so I'm gonna take off two weeks so I'm not gonna work those two weeks but the other days I am working the days I am working I want to be talking to people one thing I want to talk to people about is how I can help you with your business and so for all of you this is an opportunity to during this time if you have a few less listings a few Less open hous to go to a few less productive networking events or whatever here's a chance to call people and create value for them in the business so I want to ur you all to take advantage of that okay any last I don't see any last questions I think we covered everybody's everything anybody not anybody hanging out there still in the chat I don't see any again if you're online you have questions afterwards I'll pick those up afterwards or route

39:11 Them to George as appropriate on the zoom call any I don't see any hands up or any last questions before we wrap up here today hopefully this is helpful to you guys I know it is I think it's something that I feel passionate about I want to help as I build a national platform in probate real estate I think can help George across the country and again if you're in a smaller County and there's nobody there don't look that as a negative that's your opportunity to stand out and be the only person in your county if it's you and every vendor you know then you're gonna own the business okay hold on one second there Tobias are you in Georgia are those is that the Georgia Bulldogs you're referring to no man oali University of Redlands no way you went as well yes sir wow I went there was a freshman only it trans for USA okay wa so it shows up on your LinkedIn there I was there for three summers in high school I was on the debate team in high school and they had a camp every year went there loved it love Redlands I only went to because my partner didn't do well and I had to transfer and find someplace else so good thank you thank okay go Bulldogs go Redland bulog Redlands Bulldogs Audra signed up fantastic let's let's get 10 or 15 people sign up here and keep George busy with those registrations we love to do that George again I just love what you do I'm here to help if I can help you in any way I hope my you know the group here will reach out and assist you as well thanks for being on and thanks for everything you do I really appreciate your time today well I appreciate the opportunity bill I appreciate everyone for listening you know please do sign up please do share the content you know it may sound TR but you know Rising tide lifts all boats and I think that really applies to this there's a real estate attorney and then there's a real estate attor or excuse me real estate agent or real estate broker that and then there's a real estate broker that knows about probate and if I'm selling my parents house or the house which I'm in the charge of for an estate I need all the help I can get so Empower yourself thank you and again really appreciate the attention and the opportunity to speak to this thanks George and you're the East Coast

41:14 We'll cut you loose thanks so much and we'll see you soon thank you thank you all and for the rest of you again I really want to emphasize that you know I'm a great real estate agent but I think the reason why I get a good chunk of the business I get has nothing to do with real estate it's all the other stuff that I bring to the customer and help them with and so I want to urge you guys all to participate in that as well real quick question before we wrap up today those you on the call we're kind of evaluating this time of year I really do a lot of business planning and think about how can I take this to Next Level we have some exciting developments going on one is that the audio version of this is being taken to a national radio network by exp realy I'm really excited about that but my question is how valuable is the Zoom version of this versus we did a more webinar with just me and the guest and then all the other people coming online could either come in like Zoom without the camera on in chat or on YouTube in the chat and I'm just kind of curious because if we go to a different format we have a little better video on the replays but we also and make the technology a little easier but we would lose the cameras and the thing that has when I launched this my goal was that this was to be interactive almost like a mashine not me teaching you not me selling you but me but us working together and that's why I like the Zoom format but I want say I'm frustrated but I don't seem to get the kind of amount of interaction I would expect to on a camera zoom event so am I have any input on that or comments on that is it a value to be in on a camera and see yourself and then be able to jump in if you have a question or is that am I over overvaluing that keep Zoom okay I like I appreciate that Whi other people does the zoom is it add does it make it a more pleasant experience for you to be able to maybe be able to jump in on camera if you had it but don't need to is that maybe the way to think about it keep Zoom okay Janie friend of the program

43:18 Thank you two of the best friends of the program both say keep Zoom okay you know that's enough for me just wanted to know you we're just doing our evaluations of what we want to do and then the next question would be day and time we've done this originally did this at Thursday at 4th o'clock because I was in court every day from 8:30 I got to 7 45 until 10:30 got back in my office around 11:30 or so it had to be in the afternoon obviously it's not ideal for guest on the East Coast for visitors or participants on the east coast and so we've been toying with the idea of moving it earlier either morning 10 11 12 or 1 just curious what you guys think about the time of the time that we have this at 4m. is this a good time you're done with your day it's good to jump onto this or would it be easier to jump into and participate if it was earli in the day anybody have any input on that I think we're gonna send a survey out on those two questions but you guys are actually on the call so I really value your opinion as well or more anybody this a good time slot I like 4 pm it's in your calendar okay better now okay like I said I only picked it originally because it was good for me and now I'm not as committed I'm new Zoom works I like the time always recording yeah we're gonna continue to record that the videos become very valuable part of my business so we're GNA continue that either way 4M works okay like the Zoom and seeing the guest okay fair enough look thanks for your input I'm gonna do a survey as well just to get a little broader input but I think you guys the people answering I recognize most of your names as being with us for a while so thank you for your input on that so just to wrap up this probate weekly we do this every Thursday at 4m. Pacific 7 p.m. Eastern you can register and come in Zoom live at probate weekly.com you can see the past episodes at episodes. probate weekly.com and we live stream on YouTube Facebook and Linkedin love to have you guys join the conversation if you put in comments on that I pretty much watch

45:20 Them pretty closely so either I'll answer that or write them to the guest as appropriate I'm app B gross probate social media love to have you guys reach out to me if I can help any way call text or email I'm building a national platform of real estate agents who are interested in building their probate business so I'm certainly able to ask questions and answer questions and help if you're interested in joining my platform and seeing what we can do to help you build your business further love to talk about that as well so again thank you all for being on the call today thanks for those who participated and answer questions Matthew and Javier and Janie thank you and the rest as well Bob and William Holmes always appreciate Audra new the program thank you so much everybody have a great week we'll see you guys next week
